We verify weather and dew point; application only on dry, load‑bearing flanks. Mock‑ups with cut‑and‑pull checks provide pre‑approval.

Application & control

Maintain movement capability; remove masking in due time and verify edge adhesion. Use UV‑stable systems and protect adjacent surfaces from contamination. Transitions at profile joints and material changes are re‑worked separately. Random cut‑and‑pull checks, width/depth measurements and visual inspection are recorded. Apply sealant without bubbles, fill the joint evenly and tool to a slightly concave profile.
