Technical service provider
The technical provision, maintenance and further development of the platform are supported by Eversecurely GmbH. Eversecurely processes technical data only to the extent required for operation, security, error analysis, maintenance and further development of the platform.
Data processed
When a request is submitted, data such as name, phone number, email address, project location, preferred date, work area, dimensions, substrate, product details, photos, voice recordings, free-text descriptions, AI summaries, PDF dossiers, technical logs and security data may be processed.
Purpose of processing
The data is used to receive quote requests, structure the request, ask follow-up questions, create guide prices or dossiers, provide PDF documents, contact customers, prevent misuse and operate the platform securely.
AI functions
Text and file analysis and live voice use the OpenAI API. Starting an AI analysis sends entered messages, selected files or extracted content, and the necessary conversation and project context to OpenAI. This happens during AI use, before the later sending of an enquiry. The application uses the API setting store=false for text and image analysis; this does not mean the provider has no technical or security retention.
AI results are preparation tools and do not replace professional review. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or third-party data. The normal contact form is available without AI processing.
Live voice and microphone
The microphone starts only after agreement to the voice notice and clicking “Start live conversation”, provided the browser permits access. Opening the voice panel does not start recording. OpenAI processes live audio over a WebRTC connection. For an explicit spoken submission confirmation, a short audio segment is temporarily recorded in the browser and passed through the website server to OpenAI for transcription.
This application does not create biometric voice profiles for identification. Conversation transcripts and extracted project details are processed in the session context. “Mute” pauses microphone audio; ending the conversation, closing the assistant, or withdrawing the voice agreement closes microphone access and the voice connection. Text can be used without a microphone and is also processed by OpenAI when using AI.
Processing abroad
OpenAI services may process content outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. For information on the service configuration, contractual safeguards and applicable retention periods, contact info@eurofugen.ch. Exclusively Swiss processing or complete immediate deletion by the AI provider is not promised.
Disclosure and partners
Data is disclosed only where required to process the request, provide the technical service, meet legal obligations or where consent has been given. Automatic partner forwarding takes place only if expressly provided for in the respective process.
Storage, security and rights
Data is stored for as long as required for request handling, traceability, security, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Data subjects may request access, correction or deletion unless statutory retention or evidence obligations prevent this.

Cookies, browser storage and usage events
The website uses technical session and security functions and a language preference cookie. Persistent sign-in is used only for the corresponding account feature. Browser storage may retain drafts, product lists and temporary appointment reservations to provide the selected function.
First-party click events, for example on enquiry and service links, may be logged on the website server with time, page path and event details. No external advertising or analytics scripts are embedded in the inspected public homepage flow. External social media links open the provider when clicked. The separate voice processing agreement is not cookie consent.
Enquiries and recipients
Pure product enquiries go to GYSO with their PDF, contact details and attached files only after your explicit confirmation. Trade project, contact and mixed product-and-execution enquiries are addressed to EUROFUGEN for local review. Mixed enquiries are not automatically forwarded to GYSO. You see the recipient before confirming.
